Agra school closed for Janakpuri Mahotsav 2023
School Holidays in Uttar Pradesh: All schools in Agra will remain closed today as well as tomorrow due to Janakpuri Mahotsav 2023. The District Magistrate of Agra has ordered all concerned school authorities to close schools on October 11 and 12, 2023. This decision has been taken to avoided traffic jams on the occasion of organizing the traditional Rambaraat and Janakpuri Mahotsav 2023.
As per the official notification, all Government/Council/High/Kasturba Gandhi Schools for Girls will be closed from Kindergarten to 12th Agra District. The school reopens on October 13, 2023.

Closed schools in Sikkim
The Sikkim government has ordered schools in the flood-hit region to conduct online classes for students studying in classes 9 to 12. The decision is aimed at covering up lost class time due to closure of educational institutions till October 15, following flash floods in the region.
Telangana Dussehra Holidays
The Telangana State Education Department has also announced a total of 13 days off for schools and colleges. Both public and private schools across the country will be closed from October 13 to 25, 2023.
