There was a time when Antarctica also had its own set of flora, fauna and wild animals. and more. However, the scenario changed about 30 million years ago when the place became extremely cold, freezing everything.
However, scientists are now both happy and surprised to find an unusually ancient paradise located deep under the Antarctic ice sheet.
For scientists, this newfound paradise is an even more intriguing world than Mars.
However, climate change has always been a problem, and it has not bypassed this one either. However, there is still hope as the world is far from the warm edges of Antarctica.
According to the study, the atmosphere is created exactly as it was millions of years ago when it was actually warmer. However, when it will not be possible to prevent the melting of the ice is unknown.
“We are now on track to develop atmospheric conditions similar to those that prevailed 14 to 34 million years ago when it was three to seven degrees Celsius warmer,” the study says.
