He is best known for helping Sergey Brin and Larry Page develop the “BackRub Search Engine” in 1996. BackRub is a beta version of the “Google” search engine. In addition, he is the third Google organizer. He worked at Google in the 1990s. However, after leaving the Google team, he worked in many software development jobs (including the Alexa Company) and started his own company.
