Sean “Diddy” Combs’ LA mansion is languishing on the market, a source tells PEOPLE.
The disgraced producer, 55, put his Holmby Hills mansion up for sale in September amid numerous allegations of abuse and sex trafficking. The sprawling 17,000-square-foot estate — which was raided by federal agents in March — is asking $61.5 million, PEOPLE previously confirmed.
As of early November, a real estate source tells PEOPLE the property has attracted no offers and very little interest after 60 days on the market.
“The property itself is stunning, but it’s clear that the criminal charges have affected buyer interest,” says the source. “There has been interest from high-profile international buyers, but no serious offers.”

“It’s already a challenging market with buyers generally more cautious. Combined with the property’s high profile and recent news, this makes it difficult to sell,” the source continued. The only solution, the source says, will be to find a buyer who can see “beyond the headlines,” but that’s “definitely an uphill battle.”
According to the official Westside Estate Agency (WEA) listing, the home has 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a two-story guest house and a pool.
The Holmby Hills home and his Miami property were raided by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents on March 26 amid allegations of sex trafficking in two lawsuits.

Prosecutors said at the time that after searching Combs’ homes, authorities found a “freak stash,” which included drugs and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.
A source familiar with the sale told PEOPLE in September that Diddy “has lived in Miami as his primary residence for years and always planned to sell the house in LA after his daughters grow up and move out.”
Diddy has four daughters. Chance (18) shares with business woman Sarah Chapman, and twins D’Lilu and Jessie (17) with model Kim Porter, who died in 2018. His youngest Love, who he shares with model Dana Tran, was born in 2022.

The rapper is currently in jail after being arrested on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution. He was taken into custody on September 16 after nearly a year of ongoing criminal investigations, along with several civil lawsuits filed against him, alleging sexual abuse and rape.
The charges came to a head in September when Combs was indicted on three counts and a judge rejected a $50 million bail proposal presented by his attorney.

In a renewed bail application filed Nov. 8, Diddy is seeking to use his $48 million Miami property as security for bail.
In the September indictment, prosecutors alleged that Combs manipulated women into participating in “highly orchestrated performances,” which he called “freak offs,” that also allegedly involved paid male sex workers.
A day after he was arrested, Combs pleaded not guilty, and his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, told PEOPLE he was “disappointed” by what he called an “unfair prosecution.”
