Selena Gomez is thinking about growth from former love.
In a combined interview published on March 24 with his fiancé Benny Blanco for Deliberately with jay shetty Podcast, Just killing in a building Star referred to past relationships. The couple released their joint album I said I love you first Days earlier, which provide fans with an inner view of their relationship.
Gomez, 32, and Blanco, 37, talked about resolving conflicts, arguing with their romantic partner and how it can sometimes be emotionally and over -overpowered.
“Although I’m guilty of starting. I think I used to feel like in my other situations for me, I was very reactive. I think that’s why I was alone for five years because I really needed to collect myself,” Gomez said in an episode of Podcast.

The singer “Lose You to Love Me” also noticed that it took her time to mature and she was not sure she would be emotionally ready to be with Blanca.
“I think in the past, that’s why I told him 10 years ago, it’s not that I wouldn’t want to be with you, I just wouldn’t be in the right head space, and I don’t think you deserved what I had passed before,” Gomez said.
She continued, “I learned a lot of lessons and I made a mistake and I just want this to be right. So, for me, it was a lesson I had to learn.”

On weeks after their engagement and teasing new music on Tictok, Gomez and Blanco have announced their collaboration album.
“This album organically gathered as a direct result of comfort that they both felt in creative work, allowing them to produce art that authentically reflect their experiences,” a statement for the public in which he announced the album.
He continued, “Chronicize their whole story – before they met, they fell in love and watched what the future had.”
