‘Selling the OC’ star Alex Hall Says Tyler Stanaland ‘Swooned’ Her and ‘Disappeared’

While I am selling OC While stars Alex Hall and Tyler Stanaland seemed destined to be together at the end of season two, the trailer for season three suggests their sizzling on-screen chemistry just isn’t enough.

In the trailer for season 3 shown during Selling Sunset’s Wednesday’s season 7 reunion, Hall and Stanaland become frustrated and disillusioned with each other.

“You woke me up, and then you f—ing disappeared,” Hall tells Stanaland. “What do you want?”

In another scene, Stanaland is clearly in an existential state of mind.

“I’m going to be 34 in a few weeks,” Stanaland tells co-star Austin Victoria. “I want what you have, children and a wife.”

Moving on to a heart-to-heart moment later, Stanaland tells Hall that “none of us are on the same page.”

“I’m out. I’m done,” Hall declares in a moment of confession.

During Sale of OC season two, a real estate agent with a passion for surfing, who got divorced Pitch Perfect star Brittany Snow in July 2023, doubled down on his real estate business and continued his close friendship with Hall. The season culminated with an eventful work trip to Cabo where Stanaland and Hall kissed in the hot tub — a moment that seemed to build up to the entire season.

Hall previously opened up to PEOPLE about what happened between her and Stanaland, indicating that they “made an upgrade” to their friendship.

While the third season, which does not yet have a release date, should shed light on what really happened between the two, Stanaland ultimately left The Oppenheim Group in October to work alongside his father, John Stanaland, at Douglas Elliman, PEOPLE previously reported.
