Sex and the City star Cynthia Nixon has expressed her concerns about Kim Cattrall’s cameo on And Just Like That, admitting she was disappointed when the surprise leaked earlier.
Speaking to The Times, Cynthia explained: “We are very disappointed that the secret of Kim’s upcoming appearance has been leaked. We were hoping that it would be something that people wouldn’t know about until it was revealed. they watch the episode and it’s going to be interesting.” surprised as was observed.

After refusing to return to a third SATC film, which was eventually scrapped, as well as the And Just Like That series, Kim opened up about what it took to agree to a guest appearance.

The actress publicly fell out with her former co-star Sarah Jessica Parker in 2017 after Kim said Sarah “could be prettier” after turning down season three of the series.

She said: “This is really what I give to the people in Sex and the City and especially Sarah Jessica Parker because I think she could have been kinder. I really think she could have died. more realistic… I don’t know what her problem is, I’ve never been. We’ve never been friends. We’re colleagues and in a way, it’s a very healthy place.”

Kim also talked about her decision not to join the franchise anymore, adding, “This isn’t about more money, it’s not about more scenes, it’s not about any of that stuff. This is about a clear decision, a decision empowered in my life to end one. I am 61. Now.”
