Shani Hardwick was born on July 12, 1982 in Savannah, Georgia to Joyce Hardwick and Clifford Hardwick IV. Joyce was born in June 1952 and Clifford was born in September 1951. He is a lawyer. Hardwick also attended Marist School and Clark Atlanta University, where he studied mass communications. Shani earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.

During Shana’s birthday, her younger brother Jamil posted a video on Instagram with the caption, ‘We also celebrated the life of our guardian angel Ayesha, our cousin (and Shana’s sister/best friend) who passed away 9 years ago on Shana’s very birthday on July 12th, at 33 years young, in a spiritually kinetic way.’ Similarly, in the same article, Hardwick said that one of his brothers had died, and many assumed it was Malik. Shani Wilson is married to Jerred Wilson. Jerred, her husband, has been an attorney at The Wilson PC since December 2019. He has extensive professional experience in the legal services business.
