Sheetal Menon is an Indian model-turned-actress and director who works primarily in the Hindi film industry. She made her debut in the Hindi film industry with Bhram (2008).

Sheetal Mukundan Menon was born in 1982. She is a Mangalorean Malayali. In 2003, after completing her studies, she moved to Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Her father Mukundan Menon was an officer in the Indian Army. When Mukundan Menon died of a heart attack in 1988, her father was in Nashik, Maharashtra and Sheetal, and her mother and sister were in Kerala, India. In 2006, Sheetal Menon and Bollywood actor John Abraham shot a commercial for Diet Pepsi.
