After completing her formal education, Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum completed her practical training at Dubai Holding Group. In 2008, she started working in the Arts and Culture Department of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority. She is responsible for the culture and creative sectors, including overseeing the Dubai Creative Economy Strategy. The strategy aims to make Dubai the global destination of choice for cultural, creative and artistic talent by 2025.
