Shelly Kishore is an Indian film and television actress, known for her roles as Shalini in Asianet’s Malayalam soap opera Kumkumapoovu (2011-2014) and Amrita TV’s Malayalam soap opera Thaniye (2006). Best known for her role as Padma. She is also known for starring in the Tamil film Thanga Meenkal (2013) and the Malayalam film Minnal Murali (2021).

Her family hails from Chilayinkiju in Thiruvananthapuram. She grew up in Muscat, Oman, watching black-and-white Malayalam films. Shirley was active in arts and cultural festivals while still in school. Initially, she dreamed of becoming a director, but soon realized that finding her way would not be easy. Therefore, despite lacking experience in front of the camera and performing on stage, she chose an acting career. After completing Class 12, she pursued a Diploma in Mass Communication at Oklahoma City University in Singapore. She also holds a Diploma in Sociology from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). Later, she received her PG diploma in e-Governance. .
