Shilpi Raj was born on Monday, March 25, 2002 (age 20; as of 2022) in Deoria, Bhatpalani, Uttar Pradesh. Her zodiac sign is Aries. She studied in a government school in Deoria in Bhatpalani district of Uttar Pradesh till Class 10th. She completed her 12th standard in Chapra, Sivan. She was born into a very poor family. Due to financial problems, her mother had to work very hard to educate Shipley and her siblings. Shipley first sang in a singing competition held at school, and with the encouragement of her friends, she became interested in singing. MMS video goes viral
In May 2022, her MMS video went viral and she became popular on Google. Regarding the video, she later claimed that the girl in the video was not her. She said in an interview that she did not know who the girl in the video was. Someone just did a dirty trick on her and posted this video to defame her.
