Shivjot was born on 21 August 1993 in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan (age 26; as of 2019). His zodiac sign is Leo. He was a very sincere child when he was a child. He developed a keen interest in music at an early age and sang for the first time in the third grade. After completing his studies, Shivchot moved to Chandigarh. He is a graduate of Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Randran, Mohali. He has participated in various singing competitions at the college’s annual events and youth festivals. He belongs to a Sikh Jat family. Not much is known about his parents and siblings. Shivchot is unmarried.

Shivjot started his songwriting career in 2014 with the song “Gerhi Sherhi”. In the same year, he made his singing debut with the Punjabi song “Ford Vs Ford” which became a huge success. In 2017, he released the song “Palazzo” with Kulwinder Billa. The song was extremely popular and earned him widespread popularity. Shivjot has penned lyrics for several popular Punjabi songs including “Angreji Wali Madam”, “PB03”, “Palazzo”, “Roon Wargi” and “Eye Candy”.
