The murderer who ‘glorified’ Indira Gandhi
In 2023, Shub wore a hoodie with a map of Punjab and illustrations allegedly related to the assassination of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi at a London concert. A video of Shubh wearing the hoodie at an event went viral, sparking backlash, including criticism from actor Kangana Ranaut. Shub later addressed the situation on social media, explaining that he was upset that audience members had various objects thrown at him during the event, including clothing and jewelry. He also urged people to stop spreading hatred and negativity against him.
While some sources claim he “glorified” Indira Gandhi’s assassin, reports have questioned the authenticity of the video. According to reports, the actual hoodie Shub wore during the concert may have been different, mainly a map of Punjab with the names of the regions written on it.
