Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens received a special gift from the Chicago Bulls!
The Olympian, 27, and the NFL player, 29, appear to have received a pair of matching jerseys with their names on them during the Bulls’ final game against the Minnesota Timberwolves at the United Center in Chicago on Thursday, November 7.
In a video posted on the Bulls’ Instagram, the team’s mascot, Benny the Bull, could be seen handing the couple matching Bulls jerseys during the game. In the video, the pair could be seen saying “thank you” before holding up their new jerseys for a photo shoot. The mascot even put large gold chains around their necks with the Bulls logo hanging from them.
The Bulls’ bright red jerseys featured the athletes’ last names in black letters above the number 36 — also Owens’ NFL number while playing for the Chicago Bears.

“CAPRICORN, bear and bull ⚡️,” the Bulls wrote in the caption of the post.
The four-time gold medalist has been a big Chicago sports fan since she started dating the football player. She attended many of his games while dressed in bear-themed clothing.
During her appearance at Owens’ Bears game on Sept. 29, she even posted a sweet video to her Instagram Stories that same day, showing the pair kissing before he and his team entered the stadium. Biles added “🤎🐻” at the top of the photo in a sweet reference to her husband.

The NFL player also showed support for his wife, traveling with her during her Gold Over America tour during his hiatus from the NFL. In October, Biles posted sweet moments on her Instagram stories of her husband interacting with other gymnasts on the tour, including Paul Judah and Yul Moldauer, and even trying out on a pair of bars.
Biles jokingly wrote via her Oct. 18 Instagram Stories video about her husband’s efforts, “Should we add him to the cast?”

In other sweet Instagram posts, she also shared how happy she was to find Owens, including one featuring photos of what appeared to be the two of them during Biles’ Gold Over America tour stop in Milwaukee, where he surprised her with a visit. “Gilded with this 🫶🏾.” Biles captioned the sweet post.
Owens told PEOPLE in July, ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics, that mutual support is an important element of their relationship.
“I like to watch [it] from an athlete’s perspective, because that’s how you would excel in any sport, it’s just being consistent and doing the same thing consistently well every day,” he said. “You know what I mean? I love watching it and I love being out there and being a cheerleader.”
