Simone Biles Raves About Her ‘First Meal’ Back Home After Paris Olympics: ‘Never Misses’

Simone Biles crowned her post-Paris meal a winner.

The 11-time Olympic medalist shared that Houston’s Stick Talk Cajun-Hibachi was her “first meal” when she returned to the US. The Texas restaurant combines Japanese and Cajun cuisine, according to its website. Hibachi staples like fried lo mein noodles are combined with Southern classics like seafood boils.

The owner of Stick Talk said The Houston Chronicle that Biles’ husband, Jonathan Owens, grabbed the takeout order, which included two portions of fried chicken with vegetables and seasoned garlic butter and a side of noodles.

Jonathan Reitzel, co-owner of the fusion restaurant catering group, also told the outlet, “We might have to name a dish after her.”

Biles talked about the food on Threads: “first meal, STICK TALK,” she praised. “I never miss 😍”

Biles and Owens are currently renovating their Texas mansion.

While he was still overseas, Biles’ squad of fans celebrated the gymnast’s success during the 2024 Olympics with a dinner cruise on the Seine on August 5. Biles’ mom, Nellie Biles, told PEOPLE on Aug. 4 that the plan was to “eat and toast” her champion, but “not with Simone, unfortunately,” who was busy with press duties that night.

Instead of a riverboat meal, Biles celebrated her gold medals with America’s pet. On August 4, Biles posted an Instagram Story showing a meal of two hot dogs, two servings of fries and a cup of ketchup. “If there is a glizzy, I will find it,” she wrote.

Biles made her mark on the Olympic gymnastics mat, winning eight gold medals and breaking the record previously held by Shannon Miller to become the most decorated American gymnast in Olympic history.

During the 2024 games, Biles, along with Suni Lee, Jordan Chiles, Hezly Rivera and Jade Carey, won gold in the team all-around. Biles also took home gold in the women’s all-around final, gold on vault and silver on floor.
