Simone Biles is returning the support she received from husband Jonathan Owens while at the Summer Olympics in Paris!
After coming home with four Olympic medals, Biles, 27, showed up at Soldier Field in Chicago to watch Owens, 29, and the Chicago Bears take on the Cincinnati Bengals during the team’s second preseason game on Saturday, August 17.
The gymnast took to her Instagram Stories to share a photo of her Bears-themed outfit for the game: a black-and-white oversized jacket that appears to depict a football player wearing the No. 34 jersey — the number worn by Bears legend Walter Payton. Biles wore a black bodysuit under the jacket, a black Prada hat and a pair of black and white Nike shoes.
She wrote “Bear Down” alongside the photo.
She also showed off her other accessory – a black ankle brace on her left leg – in another Boomerang video. Gymnast suffered a lower leg injury during the warm-up at the Paris Olympics and by force of injury in the qualifiers and finals.

In another photo, Biles shared a view of her vantage point of the football stadium from the sky box. The look showed the Chicago Bears’ touch zone and several players getting ready on the field.
She and a friend appeared to have a little fun while watching the game, as Biles could be seen having a drink with a friend before sipping from her mug and dancing in a private box.

Biles revealed she was back home in the US a day after appearing at the closing ceremony, as she shared a makeup-free selfie from bed on her Instagram Stories with the caption: “I’ve never been so happy.”
Owens flew to Paris to support Biles and see her win Olympic gold in the all-around final, but was unable to stay for Biles’ subsequent individual finals — including the balance beam and floor exercise finals, in which she won silver — as he had to return to Medvjeda training camp.

Speaking to reporters Tuesday, Aug. 6 after returning from Paris, Owens spoke of the immense pride he has in his wife, who has become the most decorated American gymnast in Olympic history.
“It’s obviously amazing to watch the first day she had a calf injury and her ability to persevere through it and continue to dominate,” Owens said of Biles.
“My wife is a warrior. That’s the only thing I tell people because I identify with how we are in football,” he continued. “You’re hobbling around, and it’s going to hurt a bit before that. But as soon as you leave, it’s like you forget about it. Just the tolerance for pain and the way she was able to go out there and, like I said, look graceful with everything.”
