Simran Khosla is an Indian fitness blogger, lifestyle coach and nutrition coach. She is the founder and CEO of nutrition and fitness company Butt Like An Apricot. She is the wife of cricketer Unmukt Chand who plays in the United States.

Simran Khosla was born on Thursday, September 9, 1993, in Delhi, India (age 29; as of 2022). Her zodiac sign is Virgo. She is a smart student in school. However, due to family changes, she only achieved 78% in the grade 12 exam. She wanted to study law and appeared for several law entrance exams after completing her studies; however, when she could not clear any of the exams, she decided to join CA as the minimum score requirement was 60%. She scored 37% in her first attempt and passed all exams. She took the Level 2 exam, but she didn’t qualify. She worked for a while at a tally and balance sheet company. She founded fitness company Butt Like An Apricot (BLAP) in April 2016 and has since provided nutritional advice to more than 3,000 people from around the world. She sponsored the biggest event of Tecnia University Delhi in 2018. She received her official Level – 1 Zumba instructor certification on January 20, 2018. She conducted 2 sessions for LBB (Little Black Book) in Delhi in 2018 at Delhi Rocks. She did that in 2019, she gave a workshop on exercising without any equipment at Backus International. In 2020, she conducted fitness webinars for Kearney and CFA Institute of India. She has provided nutritional advice to athletes including 2012 India Under-19 International Cricket World Cup winning cricketer Unmukt Chand, Aryan Juyal (Indian Under-23 cricketer) and Vimal Chandra Punera (Indian flyweight professional boxer hand). She has given dietary advice to many Bollywood celebrities, including actor Anant Vidhaant, who has worked in films like Gunday, Sultaan, Mardani and Tiger Zinda Hai, and directed the film Pihu and Vinod Kapri, the film director of “Miss Tanakpur Hazir Ho”. She has also trained celebrities at fitness programs organized by Fitzup (a Mumbai-based nutrition company) at Tala, Maharashtra and the Westin Pushkar, Rajasthan.
