Marine life enthusiasts waited patiently on the boat with their cameras, but they nearly missed the breathtaking sight when a giant whale decided to fool them. The group was off the coast of Baja California, Mexico, waiting for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, but they all looked in the wrong direction when the whale poked its head out behind them.
However, animal lovers were in luck as they turned around just in time to snap some adorable photos with this majestic creature.
As soon as curious visitors had missed their first opportunity, the humpback whale gave them another look at it. This time, some whale watchers also celebrated the moment.
