The actress has daughters Willa and Delphine with a former musician
The two daughters of Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas will celebrate Christmas and New Year holidays in Great Britain with their mom.
The vacation plans for the couple’s young daughters — Willa and Delphine — are set amid the couple’s ongoing divorce, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
According to legal documents, Jonas, 34, brought the children overseas to Turner, 27, earlier this month on Dec. 17. They will stay with Game of Thrones alum until Jan. 7, when he will have to return to New York, according to court documents.
Reps for Turner and Jonas did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

After four years of marriage, Jonas filed for divorce from Turner in September 2023. The petition claimed that “the marriage between the parties has irretrievably dissolved.” The musician and actress — who have a prenup, according to their filing — tied the knot in 2019 after nearly three years of dating.
Also in September, Turner sued Jonas and demanded that her children be returned to England. In the lawsuit, she called for the “immediate return of children who were unjustly taken or unjustly detained.”
A month later, Jonas and Turner entered into a temporary custody agreement, which will allow their daughters to split their time equally between England and the United States.

Jonas and Turner welcomed their first daughter, Willa, in 2020, followed by her younger sister, Delphine, in 2022.
The parents have never shared photos of their daughters on social media, and are careful to keep their girls completely away from the public eye.
Earlier this year, when the Jonas brothers were honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Jonas saluted his daughters during his acceptance speech, despite Willa and Delphine not being present.
“To my little ones at home, daddy loves you to the moon and back,” he said in January.
