- From April 2015 to June 2015, Spandana did a summer internship at Tech Mahindra, Hyderabad. After participating in various national tournaments with the Chhattisgarh Volleyball Association, she secured the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector of Andhra Pradesh Police. However, since her father and brother did not want her to become a police officer, she left the training academy after completing a few months of training.
