Squatters Take Over Hollywood Mansion to Throw Parties, Rent Rooms to OnlyFans Models

A Hollywood Hills mansion recently listed for sale has reportedly been taken over by squatters who have been throwing parties and renting out the home to OnlyFans models.

Emily Randall Smith, a real estate agent who works with homeowners, told CBS Los Angeles that when she and her husband arrived in January to host the seven-bedroom property for an open house, the lock box had been cut off and installed. new mailbox.

Realizing that someone had illegally occupied the property, they called the police. The man who lives there refused to leave when the police arrived, so the couple waited for him to leave on his own before contacting the officers again.

After the second visit to the house, the police were met by a woman, who told them the surprising circumstances of her life situation.

“She was renting from a guy who was like a ringleader,” Randall Smith told CBS. “She was hired to do OnlyFans content there, so it was kind of creepy and weird. Because when we went in there… you could tell there were some weird things going on.”

After the woman was escorted out, Randall Smith and her husband discovered squatters had taken up residence at the home.
