He was later charged with federal drug offenses in the North District of Texas Dallas. He pleaded not guilty to setting up a drug trafficking ring in January 2012.
Staceen’s boyfriend was arrested again in August 2012 for breaking his pledge after failing a drug test twice. After failing drug tests in May and July, a federal judge sentenced him to an indefinite prison sentence. He was later sentenced to 10 years in prison, which was later increased to 15 years in November 2013.
It must have been hard for Sam Hurd’s wife after he was incarcerated. Even so, his support is unshakable. Let’s hope Sam and Stacee get back together soon and continue to have a great life.
