Stephen Nedoroscik moves on as Hercules!
On Tuesday, October 22 episode Dancing with the starsThe 25-year-old Olympian and his dance partner, Rylee Arnold, took on the roles of Hercules and Meg from the 1997 animated classic. Herculesfor Disney Series Night.
The two wowed the crowd as they performed an energetic Charleston number to “A Star Is Born” from the soundtrack, earning a 24/30 rating.
Before the performance, Nedoroscik said he was “excited” to get a 9 last week and was looking forward to taking on this week’s challenge, taking on the character of Hercules.
Calling him a “goofy guy”. [and] super strong,” the Olympic gymnast joked, saying that Hercules “likes to bend … so it’s going to be super easy for me to take on this character!”
Nedoroscik also emphasized that being this far in the competition was “incredible” and that he wanted the audience to “feel the energy” in his performance.
He added: “There is a chance to reach the final and I will do my best to get there! … Hercules, you have nothing against me!”

Hours before their performance, Arnold shared how Nedoroscik planned to fully embody the character when she documented his first tan in a video posted to her Instagram account.
“Oh he’s so ready to be herculean tonight on @dancingwiththestars!!!” she wrote the recording. “We are so excited 😂✨🫶🏼.”
The gymnast was all smiles as he entered the tanning tent shirtless and wearing Team USA shorts. After the session, he turned to the mirror and flexed his muscles as he admired his new tan.

Earlier this week, Nedoroscik and Arnold paid tribute to another iconic Disney duo while rehearsing for their big number.
“This was for people who wanted to see us as Sharpay and Ryan for a Disney night 😂✨🫶🏼🤭,” DWTS pro wrote alongside a TikTok video of the two lip syncing High School Musical 3: Senior High‘I Want It All’ on October 21.
