Strictly bosses fuel favouritism claims by edit out tense exchange between Bobby Brazier & Shirley Ballas

STRICT bosses edited out a tense exchange between Bobby Brazier and Shirley Ballas on last week’s results show — leading to fresh claims of favouritism.

Viewers heard Bobby, 20, admit he was “heartbroken” after finishing in the bottom two.

Shirley strongly advised him to go through with the dance – but the lines were cut from the final broadcast.

A source said: “Bobby sounded like he’d had enough, while Shirley seemed mildly annoyed and told him to pull his socks up.

“Some think the Beebs are making Bobby their golden boy and wanted to avoid any conflict.”

Instead, viewers watched as Shirley told Bobby: “I thought you did a great jive.”

Last month The Sun reported that Bobby was seen as a rising star at the BBC after winning a National Television Award as Freddie Slater in EastEnders.

After dancing in Blackpool, Bobby was saved by the judges, who decided to eliminate Angela Rippon.

The BBC declined to comment.

Last night, Bobby and Dianne danced the couple’s choice to This Woman’s Work — dedicating it to his late mother, Jade Goody.

They were second from the top on the list, behind Corrie actress Ellie Leach who performed the Argentine tango with Vita Coppola.

Nigel Harman and Katya Jones writhed on the bed performing a rumba.
