After Layton Williams, Bobby Brazier and Vito Coppola failed to follow Nigel on Instagram.
The co-stars have been spending every weekend together for almost three months – but they clearly don’t want to follow what Nigel is up to on social media after the show has finished.
Nigel was forced to withdraw hours before the quarter-finals after being “dropped” in rehearsals.
The Sun later revealed that cast members were relieved he had left the competition after experiencing his mood swings backstage.
He was often frustrated after receiving disappointing marks from the judges.
Nigel was also accused of having a “furious row” with wife Lucy Liemann in front of shocked fans in Blackpool after receiving low ratings.
Now it seems that he has not formed a close bond with any of his three fellow celebrity dancers.
A Strictly insider previously said of the former EastEnders actor: “Nigel takes himself very seriously as a performer and puts his heart and soul into things.
“So he’s obviously very emotional if things don’t go as he’d hoped. This often means that backstage he can be like a bear with a headache.
“Viewers saw that when he got disappointing marks for their quickstep in Blackpool.
“The crew and professionals on the show are like a close family and celebrities are welcome in it. But if someone disrupts that long-standing dynamic, it can create a bad feeling.
“Nevertheless, it’s always sad when a contestant leaves the show, especially when they get injured. They wish Nigel all the best and look forward to seeing him in the final on Saturday 16 December.”
