Strictly pro Dianne Buswell sparks split fears with Joe Sugg as she fights back tears and calls Bobby Brazier her ‘rock’

STRICTLY Come Dancing professional Dianne Buswell fueled fears that she had split from her boyfriend with her emotional appearance tonight.

The fiery-haired Aussie, 34, fought back tears and said celebrity partner Bobby Brazier had been her ‘rock’ this week.

It came after the pair performed a tango to close the show and awaited their results while speaking to Claudia Winkleman.

First Bobby appeared upset after the performance, despite positive feedback from the judges.

Asked how he was feeling, Bobby said: “Just emotional. It’s been so emotional all week.”

Dianne later added: “This week has been a huge rock, so thank you.”

Her voice broke then, and her eyes filled with tears, and she leaned against Bobby’s chest and hugged him.

Claudia then placed a comforting hand on Dianne’s shoulders as fans watching at home were left wondering why the pro seemed so emotional.

Some even wondered if there was a problem in her relationship with Joe Sugg, who she fell in love with while he was competing on the show in 2018.

“Bobby was a real challenge this week…. I hope there’s no problem with Dianne and Joe Sugg. This show is really testing relationships,” wrote one viewer on X, formerly Twitter.

“Did something happen this week?” asked another.

“Is Dianne okay?” said a worried third.

“Definitely don’t think it was a dance,” opined a fourth.

Another, meanwhile, thought the couple was reacting to some bad news off-screen.

They wrote: “Bobby and Dianne were weird tonight, I usually love watching them dance but the energy was just lost. They both looked so sad and Dianne kept calling Bobby her rock… I hope no matter through what they are going through will soon be better.”

It comes after Bobby admitted he was “falling in love” with his professional partner.

He told The Mirror at the Pride of Britain Awards last week: “I could talk about Dianne all day. She’s just a diamond – you know what, I’m falling in love with her. She’s just brilliant. I feel very lucky.”
