The YouTuber was enjoying a skiing holiday before a nasty fall sent medics rushing for her assistant.
Posting on Instagram, Saffron told her followers that she fell in the snow on the first day of her trip.
The 23-year-old could be seen lying in the snow as emergency crews examined her.
She was then taken off on a stretcher before she was medically examined and taken off the slopes.

Saffron said, “Well this is not how I planned to create this sound – it takes time for the story…”
Worried fans showered her with well wishes as one wrote: “Oh my god that would be you I hope you’re ok but keep us posted my love.”
Another said: “Bad luck. Get well soon.”
While a third wrote: “Oh baby sending you lots of love xx.”
In November, Saffron became Instagram official with her new boyfriend – rugby ace Louis Rees-Zammit.
Louis, 22, is a huge Welsh rugby star and recently appeared in a documentary about his life for BBC Wales.
He is known as a heartthrob with a jetset lifestyle.
Louis’ fame skyrocketed after scoring a late try in the Six Nations win against Scotland in 2021.
