Earlier, Ellie was seen hugging mannequin Bobby’s arm tightly as he snuggled her close on their walk.
They also gazed tenderly into each other’s eyes – hours after posing on the red carpet at London’s Lyric Theatre.
After watching the musical together, the beaming couple headed to an after-show party at Sophie’s steakhouse in nearby Soho.
They arrived at the apartment on Wednesday around 11:15 p.m.
The late-night encounter comes despite Ellie insisting that reports of their date should be taken with a grain of salt.
An onlooker told The Sun on Sunday: “Ellie and Bobby appeared to be in their honeymoon phase as they walked together.
“They were coy about their blossoming romance, but clearly didn’t care who saw them.
“They were in a complete bubble and looked like a couple in love.”

Ellie, who was born in Manchester, revealed on Thursday how she tried the traditional London pie and mash – hinting that she and Bobby were out for lunch.
Sharing a snap of her meal on Instagram, she wrote: “Tried the drink for the first time today. . . I can confirm that it was not my favorite and in the end I stood my ground and ordered a pie, porridge and gravy like a true northerner.”
Ellie’s cousin, Corrie actress Brooke Vincent, told This Morning how the dancing champion recently moved to London. Bobby grew up in the capital.
In January, The Sun revealed how Ellie — Corriena Faye Windass — and Bobby — EastEnders’ Freddie Slater — had been on secret dates.

They got tongues wagging after holding hands on the Strictly tour.
Bobby was spotted knocking on Ellie’s hotel room door in his trousers – after partying until 3am to celebrate his tour debut in Birmingham.
Until now, the couple has been hiding from their blossoming romance.
Bobby said, “Ellie is cute, look at her . . . she’s beautiful, amazing, good at what she does. She is a good dancer.”
Ellie added: “We all spent time together on tour, which was wonderful.
“You’re exposed to people following you around, which is kind of weird. But I think, ‘Just take it with a grain of salt.’
At last week’s TV Choice Awards, Bobby reiterated that they were “just good friends”.
Ellie was the youngest winner of Strictly, danced with Vita Coppola and later dismissed rumors that they could be in a relationship.
Bobby and professional Dianne Buswell were runners-up.
Before appearing on the BBC1 show, Ellie ended her five-year relationship with Reagan Pettman after he kissed another girl in a nightclub.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun on Sunday, Reagan, 22, revealed he wants Ellie back in his life – but is happy if she’s moved on with Bobby.
