Subah Jain (marriage Subah Saraf) is a young Indian YouTuber. She was born in 1999 (23 years old; as of 2022). She is a health educator, author, and video creator. She is a graduate of Living Light Culinary Institute in California, where she studied primal cuisine and plant-based culinary arts. Subah has her own YouTube channel where she along with her husband Harshvardhan Saraf explains how to cure diseases through home remedies, how to stay healthy and stay fit by eating only vegetarian food.

- According to Suba, she was very nervous and excited at the first seminar because it was her first time speaking in public.
- Subah has also launched her Satvic Food book which contains the knowledge to heal the body with plant-based food without any medicines. This book contains over 45 plant-based Satvic healing recipes written by author Subah Jain. In addition to recipes, this book also contains Satvic food rules. The book is available in English and Hindi.
- Subah went to Living Light Culinary Academy to learn how to make delicious healthy food and how to create delicious raw vegetarian recipes using only whole, fresh ingredients straight from nature, without sugar, wheat and dairy. Her first raw vegetarian dish was red beetroot ravioli with cashew filling and pepper purée.
- Suba revealed in an interview that at the age of 17, she suffered from polycystic ovary syndrome, hypothyroidism and excessive hair loss. She was heavier than she should be and was taking 6 different pills a day, however she started taking plant based treats which helped her heal her health issues. This is what drives her to get closer to nature.
