Suchika Tariyal was born on Thursday, August 16, 1990, in Delhi, India (32 years old; as of 2022). She is from Uttarakhand, Uttarakhand, India. Her zodiac sign is Leo. She studied at DAV Public School, Dehradun. She studied at Delhi University. When she was 12 years old, she went to a barbershop to get a haircut; the barber misbehaved with her. The National Senior Judo Championship was held in Kerala in 2015, the National Senior Judo Championship was held in Chandigarh in 2015, and the National Senior Judo Championship was held in Chennai, Tamil Nadu in 2017. She participated in the 2018 National Senior Judo Championship in Jammu, the 2019 National Senior Judo Championship in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and the 2019 National Senior Judo Championship in Delhi. She participated in the 13th South Asian Games in Nepal in 2019 and the Commonwealth Judo Championships in the United Kingdom in 2019. She participated in the National Senior Men’s and Women’s Judo Championships 2022 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and the 36th National Games in Gujarat. She competed in the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England; however, she lost in the bronze medal match.

- She injured her hand during an open judo tournament. The doctor advised her to rest in bed to allow the wound to heal. However, she wanted to compete in the national championships, so she headed to a training camp in Bhopal with only 100 rupees in her pocket. She then went on to win a silver medal at the national championships.
- She injured her right hand during the show The Ultimate Warrior India. Doctors recommended surgery; however, this meant she would be unable to compete for 4-5 months. She continued practicing with her right hand in a sling, and her hand healed naturally. She then competed in the Commonwealth Games trials.
