Sudesh Bhosle was born on 1 July 1960 in Mumbai, Maharashtra (age as of 2018: 58 years). Since childhood, he has often imitated actors and singers. He was educated at Ambedkar College in Wadala, Maharashtra.

He made his debut as a playback singer in the film Zalzala (1988), singing the song “Holi Aayi Re, Aayi Re Aayi Holi Aayi” with Shailendra Singh and Anuradha Paudwal. He imitated famous actors Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Vinod Khanna, Sanjeev Kumar, etc. When Laxmikant-Pyareral noticed him singing in Amitabh Bachchan’s voice, they gave him a chance to sing a very famous song “Jumma Chumma De De” for him. He was voiced by Amitabh Bachchan in the movie “Buzz”.

After Sanjeev Kumar’s death, Sudesh Bhosler lent his voice to the film “Professor Ki Padosan”. He has sung several hit songs such as “Pee Le Pee Le Oh More Raja, Pee Le Pee Le Oh More Jani” (Tiranga, 1993) with Mohammad Aziz, “O Lal” with Kumar Sanu, Kavita Krishnamurthy and Alka Dupatte Wali” Yagnik (Aankhen, 1993), “Bhangra Paale” with Mohammad Aziz and Sadhna Sargam (Karan Arjun, 1995), “Na Na Na Na Re” with Daler Mehndi (Mrityudata, 1997), “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” and Udit Narayan (Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, 1998), “Dil Diya Pyar Kiya” and Asha Bhosle (Aar Ya Paar, 1997), among others.
