TJ Holmes and Marilee Fiebig have officially agreed to divorce terms.
The Supreme Court of the District of New York processed the divorce certificate between the exes GMA3: What you need to know co-host, 46, and lawyer of the powerful, 45, Los Angeles Times reported.
Their next court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 9, 2024, according to online records seen by PEOPLE.
Attorneys for Holmes and Fiebig did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

The settlement comes 10 months after the reporter and Fiebig — who share 10-year-old daughter Sabine — filed for divorce after 12 years of marriage in December 2022 after his romance with former co-star Amy Robach became public knowledge.
A source told PEOPLE that at the time, Robach and Holmes were “two consenting adults who were each separated” from their partners. Robach is still legally married to actor Andrew Shue, 56, although they are believed to be separated as of summer 2022.
“They both broke up with their spouses in August within weeks of each other. The relationship only took off after that,” the insider said.
Another source revealed that Robach, 50, “was going through pain and TJ was really there for her and helpful, and that’s when they started something.”

In January, PEOPLE confirmed that Robach and Holmes had stepped down from ABC News following the company’s investigation into their romance.
ABC News president Kim Godwin broke the news in a staff memo in December, which said the pair “will remain off the program pending the completion of an internal review” with a rotation of anchors to fill the program.
“After several productive conversations with Amy Robach and TJ Holmes about various options, we all agreed that it was best for everyone to move on from ABC News. We recognize their talent and dedication over the years and are grateful for their contributions,” an ABC spokesperson said. in the press release.

As reports of their relationship surfaced in November 2022, Holmes and Robach shut down their Instagram pages. In August, Robach returned to social media, sharing a black-and-white close-up of two pairs of identical sneakers, adding the caption: “#nycmarathon2023 🏃🏾♂️🏃♀️”
The former ABC News correspondent, whose relationship with Holmes grew over their shared love of running, seemed to hint that they were both training to run the upcoming race.
