Tamra Judge responds to Vicki Gunvalson’s recent comments about Judge’s estranged relationship with her daughter, Sidney Barney.
Judge, 57, who is currently recovering from recent cosmetic procedures, posted on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Sept. 4, in response to Gunvalson’s comments on the Monday, Sept. 2 episode. My friend, my soul mate, my podcast.
“I tried so hard not to listen to what Vicki said about me, and they keep bombarding me with it,” Judge began, crying.
“I am in real disbelief, in such disbelief, this woman would stoop so low. Do you know what it’s like to lose a child? Do you know how it is? It’s the most painful thing in the world [and] to insinuate that it was because I was on [The Real Housewives of Orange County]. No, it’s not that.”
“You won, Vicki. I don’t know what you want from me, but you got it. You won. All right? You kick me when I’m down. I’m constantly in pain. I can’t do it anymore,” she said.
“You can have my spot on the show. You can have whatever you want. Just please leave my family alone! Please!” concluded the Judge.

Judge’s emotional plea was apparently in response to Gunvalson’s comments that Judge’s oldest daughter, Sidney — with whom she remains estranged — wanted her mother to “leave.” RHOC. Judge shares three children, Sophia, 18, Spencer, 23, and Sydney, 25, with ex-husband Simon Barney. She also shares Ryan Vieth, 38, with ex-husband Darren Vieth.
“If my daughter hadn’t talked to me, I’d be on an overturning plane right now, knocking on her door, begging for her forgiveness, and I don’t even care what I did! Sidney has very strong opinions about Tamra,” Gunvalson, 62, said during the Sept. 2 episode. My friend, my soul mate, my podcast.
Gunvalson, who currently appears as a “friend” on RHOCsaid Judge’s oldest daughter wants her mother to quit the Bravo show and “stop embarrassing the family.”
“That shows Sidney, ‘I’m not important to you,'” she continued. “Make peace with your daughter! It’s pretty simple.”

Just one day earlier, on Tuesday, Sept. 3, Judge took to Instagram Stories to say that she did not “acknowledge—” about Gunvalson’s comments. Her post was archived on Bravo fan Instagram account, Bravohousewives.
“This woman is disgusting in every sense of the word. Going after her family and everything, that’s what she does,” Judge said. “I don’t know why he does that.”
The judge added that she did not want parenting advice “from a woman who chose her boyfriend, Brooks [Ayers]for her own daughter.” Gunvalson shares children Briana Culberson, 37, and Michael Wolfsmith Jr., 38, with ex-husband Michael Wolfsmith.
In 2015, Gunvalson and Ayers broke up after four years following drama that unfolded on RHOC season 10. Ayers claimed on the show that he has stage 3 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. He later admitted to falsifying medical records but claimed to have been diagnosed with cancer. At that time, both Culberson and Judge warned Gunvalson about Ayers.

In her Wednesday post, Judge also referenced the time Ayers instructed Culberson’s husband, Ryan, to “beat his wife to keep her in line.” (During the Season 8 reunion, Culberson confronted Ayers and revealed that Ayers had previously told Ryan to hit her.)
“So Vicki, go away, leave me alone,” Judge concluded in a Sept. 3 Instagram Stories post. “No one cares what you have to say, never. Go away.”
