Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa Celebrate a Blended Family Thanksgiving with All 3 Kids

Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa are celebrating a special Thanksgiving!

On Thursday, Flipping the El Moussas stars shared photos from their first Thanksgiving as a family of five, celebrating with Taylor, 13, Brayden, 8, and Tristan, 9 months. The couple welcomed Tristan, their first child together, in January, while Tarek has a son, Brayden, and a daughter, Taylor, with his ex-wife and ex Flip or flop colleague Christina Hall.

“We have a lot to be thankful for this year, but above all, we are thankful for the health and happiness of our family and friends,” wrote Tarek, 42, and Heather, 36, in a joint Instagram post. “Today is special because not only are we surrounded by family, but we have the opportunity to take advantage of the moment and reflect on the beautiful life we ​​have created.”

In a professional family portrait, Heather held Taylor’s hand as she carried Tristan, while Tarek put his arm around Brayden. The family wore identical black clothes in front of a brown background.

“Gratitude is an understatement,” he added in the caption. “We hope you all have a safe and happy Thanksgiving! 🤍 We love The El Moussas.”

Tarek and Heather also shared two photos to mark Tristan’s first “El Moussa Thanksgiving.” Their baby boy looked adorable as he looked up while wearing a black T-shirt and matching pants. In another photo, he was also all smiles as he wore a white shirt and blue bow tie.

“We are so excited for all his ‘firsts’ and there is so much to be thankful for this year,” Tarek and Heather wrote, adding that their son “brought lightness to all of our lives🤍 Sweetest soul and sweetest laugh 🥹. ”

Heather also revealed a busy Thanksgiving video on her Instagram story, as many loved ones were captured spending time together in the kitchen and living room.

Meanwhile, Tarek discovered a spread out Thanksgiving table at the “El Moussa” residence and said, “Thanksgiving has barely begun.”

He then filmed a quick tour, capturing his mother Dominique, stepfather Robert and the children’s toys in the living room. “And all the stuff for the baby so dad can travel later,” the father of three joked.

Earlier this month, Tarek posed for new photos with his three children. In the title he talked about what his children meant to him in his journey while announcing his book, Turn your life around.

“My whole world here in one photo❤️. I never in a million years thought I’d become a father again, let alone find the love of my life. But…the universe has a weird way of working,” the caption began.

“Tay and Bray gave me the strength I needed to get me out of the darkest place in my entire life and @theheatherraeelmoussa taught me to love myself and others again when I thought I was unlovable.”

“As most of you may know, I have been writing a book, TURN YOUR LIFE AROUND, for the last 7 years and will finally be available on February 6, 2024! This is an autobiography of everything I’ve been through in my life, and no, I’m not holding back on the juicy details 😆,” he joked, adding, “I can’t wait to share my journey with you and hopefully inspire some of you!!”

In July, Heather celebrated their blended family with an Instagram photo from their vacation together.

“Our family of five ❤️ Perfectly imperfect, crazy, loud, filled with so much love and laughter, lots of smiles, never boring…We love them so much and can’t imagine our lives without them,” they began their caption.

“This trip was amazing, but the photo of all of us was the cherry on top 🥰❤️,” they concluded.
