Tarek El Moussa flaunts some serious flexing appeal, sharing the hard-earned results of his workouts with his trainer.
The Flipping the El Moussas star shared the results of his early morning gym workouts on his Instagram Stories on Tuesday, January 7. His post, originally shared by The OC Trainer and reposted by Moussa, showed the reality star, 43, wearing a black tank top with black shorts, flexing while sitting on a bench.
“Early morning HIT workouts,” read the title, a reference to high-intensity interval training, an approach to exercise characterized by short bursts of aggressive exercise, with rest periods in between.

On his trainer’s account, El Moussa was also shown in the middle of training in what his trainer called an example of “focus”.
El Moussa — a survivor of both testicular and thyroid cancer — previously shared his motivation for hitting the gym, saying, “Once I realized how BAD I wanted to feel good and be healthy — for myself, my wife, my kids and my longevity – it was the second time I put my head down and got to work!!”

While his kids may inspire him to stay active, El Moussa shared a video clip of his son Tristan, in which the little one didn’t seem to have the same dedication to exercise as his father.
“His first football practice and he won’t go to his seat,” he said over a video of his wife Heather Rae El Moussa trying to coax Tristan into his assigned spot during the kids’ football practice at the gym.

Tristan, who turns two next month, is the youngest of his three children; El Moussa has a daughter Taylor (14) and a son Brayden (9) with his ex-wife Christina Haack. The two remain friends and appear on her upcoming HGTV show, Flip Off, whose premiere is on January 29.
