Sunday’s matchup marks the Chiefs’ second game of the playoff season. At the team’s Jan. 13 home game against the Miami Dolphins, one of the coldest on record with sub-zero temperatures, Swift wrapped herself in a custom red puffer jacket emblazoned with her boyfriend’s name and jersey number. She styled the eye-catching jacket with a white beanie, black Paige denim distressed jeans, a black turtleneck and black boots.

The viral coat was designed by Kristin Juszczyk—wife of San Francisco 49ers quarterback Kyle Juszczyk—who also made a matching puffer jacket for Brittany Mahomes, featuring her husband quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ name and jersey number “15.”

Brittany documented their matching moment on Instagram, sharing a carousel of photos of herself posing alongside Swift with the caption “Twinning & Winning,” a nod to the Chiefs defeating the Dolphins, 26-7.

Kelce also makes headlines for his day games. In an interview with WSJ magazine last year, the NFL pro revealed that he’s an “impulse shopper” and that when it comes to choosing his daring outfit, “it’s all about it.”

“I kind of enjoy the creative process of panicking to just throw something together,” he said.

He added that he knows some of these trendy, hype-beast ensembles — which are hotly debated on social media — aren’t “for everyone.”

“I won’t be offended if someone says I look like a clown if I have a fun hat and some funky jeans. It is what it is, I’m going to have fun with it.”

She talked about the NFL’s fixation on her presence at games and the cameras that often flash her cheering on screen, stressing that she’s “just there to support Travis” and the rest is noise beyond her control.

“I don’t know how they know which suite I’m in. The camera is about half a mile away, and you don’t know where it is and you have no idea when the camera is putting you on air, so I don’t know if I was shown 17 times or once,” she said. “I have no awareness of whether I’m showing too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads and Chads.”

Brads and Chads aside, the Swift Super Bowl dress-up moment is very much part of our vision for 2024.
