Every time Taylor Swift steps out, fans are quick to decipher her form from head to toe, busting any intricately laid Easter eggs she may have skillfully hidden in her look.
There are fans who share almost constant theories about the 12-time Grammy winner’s wardrobe and what it might say about her upcoming music or even her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
One of Swift’s latest looks is her show-stopping celestial-inspired 34th birthday ensemble — especially the large ring she flaunts on her right middle finger in many of the photos she shares on her Instagram carousel.

TikTok user Swiftieinkc broke down the photos in a now-viral video, speculating that the center opal (Kelce’s birthstone) appears to be surrounded by what could be a blue topaz, the Sagittarius singer’s birthstone.
In another clip, Swiftieinkc says Sperry liked a shot of her smashing the ring, a telling move that gave new life to the theory that the bling was actually a gift from Kelce, 34.
Swift’s connection to opals also runs deep. She has always had an affinity for stone.
“When I was being bullied at school, my mom would take me to TJ Maxx after school to look at opal jewelry,” she told Us Weekly 2017. “I thought they were so beautiful and it kind of made me feel better.”

Quick to share that the drops “always felt better” can relate to the astrology behind the gemstone. Opals, the astrological gemstone of Venus, are known to be associated with healthier relationships and increased creative potential.
Celebrity astrologer Kyle Thomas recently told PEOPLE that Swift (Sagittarius Sun with Cancer Moon) and Kelce (Libra Sun with Sagittarius Moon) “have a karmic entanglement that makes each other feel familiar.”
“Considering romance and intimacy, intellectual relationship and communication, career and financial support, friendship, family and true long-term synergy,” Thomas told PEOPLE, adding that he thinks Swift and Kelce are “a 9 out of 10” when it comes down to it. “their overall compatibility”.
