On Thursday, the superstar’s rep Tree Paine slammed DeuxMoi, an anonymous Instagram account that shares unconfirmed celebrity gossip, after a post claimed Swift and ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn had a “marriage” ceremony in 2020 or 2021.
“Enough with these made up lies about Taylor of Deuxmoi. There was NEVER a marriage or ceremony of ANY kind. This is insane to post,” Paine wrote on X (formerly Twitter). “It’s time you were held accountable for the pain and trauma you cause with posts like this.”

Earlier in the day, DeuxMoi also shared a post from someone speculating that Swift’s song, “You’re Losing Me,” was inspired by the miscarriage that caused a rift between the now-exes. (The post was deleted from DeuxMoi’s Instagram stories after Paine’s tweet.)
“I make zero dollars lying… can publicists say the same,” DeuxMoi — who has two podcasts and published a novel Anon Pls. last year — he wrote in response in another deleted post. “Also, associating something that refers to something that happened years ago with ‘pain and trauma’ after what just happened seems like a poor choice of words. Anyway, my apologies to Taylor.”
Sources previously confirmed to PEOPLE in April that Swift, 33, and Alwyn, 32, had split after six years together.
