Followers are lashing out teen mom Farrah Abraham allegedly involved her daughter Sophia in a social media campaign. The MTV star is known for being a troublemaker, but no matter what she does, fans still criticize her for her parenting.
Farrah remains one of the series’ most controversial stars. Farrah debuted on 16 & Pregnant in 2009, when fans learned that the father of her child had tragically passed away. Life was difficult for the Nebraska native as she often argued with her mother. MTV dropped her from the show due to her involvement in adult videos, and since then, Farrah has gone on to star in other reality shows and write a book. Love her or hate her, the 29-year-old has worked her way up to becoming one of the most successful actors around.
Fans were shocked when they saw Sofia, just 12 years old, helping promote some of the collaborations her mother is involved in.on her Instagram story Reddit, Sofia shared a photo of what initially looked like a joint but turned out to be a pregnancy test. Followers were shocked how a mother could think her teenage daughter could promote a female fertility tool.
It’s clear that Farah’s promotional approach didn’t live up to expectations. A follower could see Farrah was the one taking the photo in the background, as shown by her daughter’s sunglasses. They also debated whether it was a pregnancy test or a fertility test. But eventually, one user pointed to the box on the left that said Pregnancy Test. Fans made it clear they were worried about Sofia’s health, writing: “If you posted a photo on social media of your 12-year-old posing for a pregnancy test, wouldn’t that be physical evidence of some kind of neglect? “
The bottom line is, everyone agrees that Farrah has no earthly reason to ask her teenage daughter to take a pregnancy test for her. But in the end, her marketing worked because everyone was talking about the photo. She might be a misguided teen mom, but she might also be a marketing genius, depending on how you look at it.
