Stunned viewers could only watch White Tesla collide in a lamp and traffic lights.
Shards of glass and plastic are left scattered around the ground at the intersection of Mile End Road and Harford Street.
The changed electric vehicle was seen destroyed on the roadway in front of a local Sainsbury.
Three ambulances, the trauma team and the fire engine headed to the scene after the Horor Smash report.
All seven people injured in the collision were transported to a hospital.
Two victims sustained worse injuries and needed treatment at the main trauma center.
Shocked passers -by looked like one pedestrian recorded horrific consequences on his mobile phone.
Others were seen to check that people knocked on the floor, okay while the chaos took place.
A ambulance spokesman said to the London Emergency Room: “We are invited on Sunday at 5.26 hours to report a collision on road traffic at Mile End Road, E1.
“We sent a series of resources to the place, including three ambulance crews.

“We also sent a trauma team in a car from London air ambulance.
“The first paramedicer arrived in less than seven minutes.
“We treated seven patients at the scene and took them to the hospital.
“Two of these patients were taken to the main trauma center as a priority.”
A spokesman for the London Fire Brigade, added: “Firefighters were invited to the collision of road traffic on Sunday.
“One car was in a collision with a lamp and a traffic light.
“One fire engine was present from the Shoreditch Fire Station.
“The Brigade 999 control officials received their first invitation by warning them to the incident at 7.56 pm, and the incident was completed for the brigade by 8.21pm.”
This comes after the woman died in the 20th after the van flew through the air and crashed into her in central London yesterday.
The second pedestrian remained fighting for his life after a horror near Sorset House in the capital.
