Actors of Mr. BelvedereIncluding Tracy (Wells) Tofte, Bric Beckham, Ilene Graff and Rob Stone, they met at the airport and recently flew to Milwaukee together to celebrate the late Bob Uecker. Uecker, actor and sports announcer, was awarded in a private celebration of life only on the invitation hosted by Milwaukee Brewers, for whom he worked famously. Uecker died in January 2025 at the age of 90.
Tofte shared a photo of his tickets on his Instagram on his Instagram, “Owens family goes to Milwaukee!” The day before, she shared a photo of Uecker with the inscription: “Flying into Milwaukee ✈️ Tomorrow with my family Belvedere to celebrate this great human being. ❤️”

Uecker was a former baseball player who started broadcasting games for Milwaukee Brewers in 1971 and became a beloved teammate of the team and his hometown. It is widely considered one of the best emitters of all time.
His acting career included appearing on the TV series Mr. Belvedere From 1985 to 1989 IU Main league Movies. Uecker, who played Owens family patriarch George in the TV series, would shoot a baseball season in a season, so he wouldn’t miss to announce games.

After Uecker died, Tofte on Instagram shared memories of him, noting that: “I will always appreciate memories of Mr. Belvedere – There were so many. Bob was the adhesive she kept us together and kept us grounded. He never took anything too serious, and his number 1 was always to make us laugh. ”
Mr. Belvedere Castmate Beckham also praised praise for Uecker, writing: “90 years and still left. Bob Uecker was the only kind, the only person I know who had one, not one, but two statues dedicated to his honor. He never managed to make us laugh and I think I will call him” Dad “during those 5 formative years.” ”
