Welcome to your daily rewards from HELLO!. In today’s episode, we’ll discuss how Taylor Swift seems to be laughing after her recent on-stage spat with Kanye West and The 1975 canceled their shows in Malaysia and beyond after a kiss on stage was against local law.

Not only that, Paramore has canceled several upcoming shows due to illness, and the BBC announces the tragic death of legendary journalist George Alagiah.

Taylor Swift seems to have addressed her ongoing feud with rapper Ye during her recent gig. The Anti-Hero hitmaker recently took to the stage at Lumen Field in Seattle when she began singing “This Is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things,” a dissenting track aimed at the artist formerly known as Kanye West. Taylor performed an acoustic version of the song before singing a piece about forgiveness, before laughing and telling fans she couldn’t say it with a straight face. Fans on social media believe the song is about her feud with the rapper that began in 2008 when he burst onto the stage and interrupted her speech at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Paramore has been forced to cancel and postpone their upcoming shows in the US due to illness. The rock band led by Hayley Williams was recently forced to pull out of a concert in San Francisco at the last minute because one of their band members fell ill. The band has now moved planned concerts in Seattle, Portland and Salt Lake City, which were due to take place this week, to August. In a statement, Paramore said it did not take flight delays lightly before apologizing and ensuring ticket buyers would receive a refund.

And Paramore are not the only band to cancel performances as The 1975 will now no longer perform in Malaysia and beyond following the stage protests. Leader Matty Healy addressed the crowd at the Good Vibes festival over the weekend as he spoke about Malaysia’s LGBTQ laws, before kissing band bassist Ross MacDonald. The performance was interrupted, and then the festival organizers said that the rest of the festival would not take place. Not only that, but the band has now pulled out of their upcoming performances in Taiwan and Indonesia, saying current circumstances make it impossible for them to resume performances.

S Club will release a single in memory of the late Paul Cattermole. The group, which lost a band member when Paul sadly passed away earlier this year, will release a song titled These Are the Days on July 26 in his memory, along with a music video featuring clips of the late star. The single will be the pop band’s first release in 20 years and comes a few months before their tour begins in October. Paul died suddenly in April of heart complications, aged 46.

And BBC news presenter George Alagiah has passed away at the age of 67. The journalist, who became a familiar face on our screens for many years thanks to his work as a newsreader, was diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2014 before it was announced that the disease had spread by 2022. The sad news was confirmed in a statement released by the BBC as a great sympathizer, and journalist in which George was described.
