Dixie and Charli D’Amelio travel to fame on their own terms in the third season of their Hulu family reality series The D’Amelio Show.

In PEOPLE’s exclusive debut trailer for the upcoming season, set to premiere Sept. 20, Charli says there’s a “really confusing dynamic within my family” as they live in the public eye.

As the sisters are seen traveling the world to attend events from fashion week to the Grammys, Charli, 19, admits the past year has been “crazy”, while their father Marc, 54, worries about the impact of their newfound fame.

Dixie, 22, adds: “If I speak out now, I’ll say things I’ll regret.”

The trailer also talks about Charla and her mother Heidi competing against each other in the 31st season Dancing with the stars. Charli called the experience “difficult” for the family, while Dixie says: “It was just a mess and not everyone was okay.”

In 2022, the family revealed to PEOPLE their decision to document their lives on television, including Charli opening up about acne, panic attacks and disordered eating, and Dixie opening up about her anxiety and depression.

“People have told me how much talking about these things has helped them — and no internet bully or troll can take that away,” Charli said at the time.

Heidi added: “It’s nice to see them happy and putting their mental health and their bodies first. That makes me worry less.”

No matter what happens, the D’Amelios “will always have each other to lean on,” Charli said. “It makes this all a lot easier.”
