The illusion has led hundreds of people to flock to the street to take pictures of the wonky houses and share them on social media sites like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

The street, which also holds an annual Cadbury Jaffa Race where chocolate is rolled down the hill to raise money for charity, is getting used to its new found attention.
The steep slope is quite dramatic with the hill’s elevation rising by one metre for every two metres travelled forward.
