The Handmaid’s Tale Concludes Filming Sixth and Final Season: ‘That’s a Wrap’

The Stars of the Fagbenle and Amanda Brugel series have announced that the sixth and last season wrapped the production.

Fagbenle, who plays Luke, on Monday, February 10, shared photos behind the scene as Karusel Instagram. Madeline Brewer and Brugel, 46.

“It’s a wrapper in the last season of the maid! Soon! Every prediction is coming,” he simply described the post.

Brugel, who plays Rita in the Hulu series, posted on Tuesday, February 4, on the Instagram reel, with a series of photos and clips from Set, because members of the cast and members of the team have fun behind the scenes – and everyone’s separate dance movements.

“Decades from now on, do you need to ask me what I remember, I will recount my own liberation from a life that has not served me. And laugh. And holding hands from Margaret,” she wrote, referring to the author of the original novel, Margaret Atwood.

“But most of all, without failure, I’ll remember the dance,” she continued. “That’s how love goes. #Serieswrap.”

The series is based on Atwood’s novel of the same name and premiered in 2017. This is chronicled by America in the dystopian future after the Second American Civil War when women were assigned to men to carry children for their wives.

The series collected two gold globes, 15 Emmy and countless nominations in the first five seasons.

Although the plot of the last season has just been discovered, Moss’s serial lead in May 2024, he will be “big and wild.”

“He definitely has energy in the final season,” Moss said for 42 years. “[It] She goes to many different places and is very surprising all the way to the end. ”

Creator and Showrunner Bruce Miller explained in an interview with Digitalspy in November 2022 that he wanted to expand a narrative of a novel outside his abrupt ending.

“Everyone loves:” What do you think, who are you, you write more? “I’m like,” Oh, my God, that’s all I’ve ever wanted to do, write the rest. “Because it’s like: what’s the hell happened?! Oh my God – it’s the most demanding end .

“It’s something we never get with just the way the job is founded,” he said. “And, more importantly, it’s not something everyone would give to the audience.”

While Miller said the series would conclude about its “own terms”, he does not serve as a showrunner in the last season instead of remains as an executive producer and writer. Diversity reported in March 2023 that Miller focused on the ‘Spinoff, Testament.
