Druckmann: No, this job is not. [Chuckles] I think Craig fell in love with it, and we thought about changing the little things, like certain shots, or just the span or the shutters, which I thought were superficial, but without bias. big.
Mazin: Neil, I would say never, to be honest, I don’t think he ever said, “No, we have to do it the way it’s done in the game.” I’m that guy because I’m a fan. Neil has always been open to the adaptation process in the most intelligent, generous and flexible way possible. He understands what adaptation means, and he doesn’t mean, “Oh, we shouldn’t do the giraffe scene” or “We should do it differently” or anything like that. It’s not like that, I’m just saying, “By the way, we’re doing it now, I don’t care, we’re getting as close to it as we can.” It’s funny sometimes, the camera is on the other side instead of this side because of the way the scene is shot, or the position of the sun, or the wind or whatever they don’t have to worry about when making the game. But, in the end, never a problem. I’ve hit a dead end as a player, why should I change it? How wonderful.
