In the nail-biting finale of The Traitors, Harry was forced to lie to show BFF Mollie Pearce – who was Faithful – to grab a huge cash “for her family”.

He was quizzed by Charlie Stayt (61) and Rachel Burden (49) on BBC Breakfast today, after regular presenter Naga Munchetty (48) was absent for the third day in a row.

Charlie asked Harry, “Are you back at your day job? What’s going to happen next?”

Chuckling, Harry replied, “I don’t know, you tell me.

“The army was amazing because it allowed me to prepare for the future because obviously you can have a full-time career in the army, but I’m not too sure if that’s going to be my life as such now.

“But they supported me with things like this today [being on BBC Breakfast] and I’m preparing for a better future.”

He then opened up about life after filming the programme, saying: “To be honest, it was strange going to work Monday to Friday.

“We all had to too, we had normal jobs, went away, had that amazing experience up in Scotland, but then we couldn’t tell anyone.

“So we just went back to work. And it was the weirdest replacement.”

Previously, Harry revealed the secret training that helped him win the show.

However, some fans fumed that he was “already rich” before grabbing the cash after being spotted on a private jet.

Meanwhile, Harry previously shared how the physical demands of military life prepared him well for The Traitors.

Before going on the show, he explained: “I’ve never had any fear; I’d jump out of a plane, skydive and jump off cliffs. I’ve done it all at work so I’m sure I’ll be fine in Scotland.

“I’m also used to working in teams and every day I’m in groups, be they big or small, trying to solve tasks, bouncing off each other.”
