According to TV personality Julia Bradbury, who shared the video on Twitter, if you see a horse walking forwards or backwards it indicates whether you are left-brained or right-brained.

The theory, which first appeared in the 1960s, suggests that the brain’s left and right hemispheres work differently.

Conventional wisdom suggests that right-brained people are more creative and intuitive thinkers.
Right-brain thinkers are often described as people who look at the “big picture” and experience the world through their intuition or emotions.
They are believed to be more imaginative, more creative, and often thought to be better at art.
However, left-brain people often see themselves as more analytical and may pay more attention to detail and logic when making decisions.
It is sometimes believed that left-brained people are better at sequential thinking, math, and may be better at things like reading and writing.
According to these widely accepted ideas, if you see a horse walking backwards, you may be a more creative and artistic person.
Similarly, if you see a horse walking forward, you may be a more logical thinker.
However, in recent years, scientists have come to believe that the way the brain works may be more complex than this, with both sides of the brain working together to perform different tasks.
