The chopper immersed it into the Castelguelfo di noceto terrain – who is owned by the Rovagnata family on Wednesday night – just a few kilometers west of Parma in northern Italy.
Rovagnata is known for its Gran biscotto cooked prosciutto, but also makes Salamis and mortadellas along with other processed meat.
Lorenzo was married and the father of two with third on the road, Corriere di Bologna reports.
The deceased heir led the realm of salami with his brother Ferrucio.
The undisputed reports claim that one of the helicopter pilots tried to download a little before the collision had occurred.
The helicopter is said to have been Augustawestland A109.
Officials from the Parma Passer’s Public Prosecutor’s Management Board seized the flight record holder and determined whether the collision could occur due to a technical or human error.

On Wednesday just after 10am, Japan Airlines aircraft allegedly ran into the rear of Delta Airlines on Taxi Lane Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
No one was injured in a collision, but more than 100 passengers had to get off the plane and head back to the airport.
Jason Chan, one of the passengers on the Delta flight, said the plane was moving forward -and he was shaking a little when there was a collision.
